I am still trying to figure out what an illegal post looks like. You say that as if it would come as a surprise to the rest of us. Nope. No surprise. However, at the point at which you figure it out, assuming that you ever do, (and I don't mean that in a bad way) do us all a favor and keep it to yourself, will you? I say this only because we had a vote, and it was concluded by the Regular People that you are in fact embarrassing all the Bonehead Dillweeds on this site with your refusal to adhere to the basic fundamentals of simple logic.

dale, I am still trying to figure out what an illegal post looks like. They don't look any differently from a legal post. Are you looking for a red flag to fly up and say "Illegal Post"? One should be smart enough to research a post and not act upon it until one is comfortable with a decision to "pull the trigger". Is it illegal to pump a stock which you don't own and will not benefit from? What if nobody believes you and no one loses money. is it still illegal? I am not a lawyer, but I would have to guess that it would not be illegal to pump a stock you do not own. But, why would one do it? Would you waste time pumping a stock for no reason? Anyone that would is truly an idiot. Now, how about this scenario? You pump mine, I pump yours. Neither of us can be accused of pumping, right? LOL. E-mail cannot be totally erased. So, again for your question: What if nobody believes you and no one loses money. is it still illegal? I would believe that if you do not trade on the information you post, it would not be illegal, providing you are not trading information and inaccurate posts. Once you become a stockholder, and begin profiting from your posts, your enter a different arena. Of all the 14,269,335 SI posts, are only Jonathan's illegal, thats very hard to believe. You are truly an idiot if you believe that statement. Jonathan was front running, then pumping and dumping. Do you dispute that? If not, then what's your argument? Can;t someone write an illegal post filter and have SI automatically flag it with a big SEC ILLEGAL icon!! Yep, I guess that confirms it. Have fun, Phil
