I hope so...I pray it is so...

My 11 yr old and my toddler love each other to death...you can see it all the time....and when away from each other, they spend all their time talking about each other !

Sadly, they fought like cats and dogs too....and since the difference was 9 years and he is too young to be disciplined in a serious way...so I became a mum who "didn't love her and was always taking his side....and I never took her to fun places anymore because *he* and the 11 month old couldn't go ice skating"...and...and...

It got so bad this summer we had to ship her to a boarding school so she could "have some fun", and the "brats didn't spoil her life". Of course then it became "you are sending me away because of them"....and we had to "explain" how much it cost and make her feel precious and all that......sheesh !

She's expected to be back next year...and I hope things will be better...she calls and wants to talk to him twice a day...and I hope she remembers that when she returns next year...
