So... here's a thought....

Let's say that the MM and FM's have a slight distaste of the tech secotr due to INTC's warning. Given oil prices it's tough to throw money at transports, retail, or cyclicals. You could go into oil but at these prices it's pretty toppy... so you either sit on cash or dabble in tech and bio/pharmacueticals... right?

So, let's say oil drops to $25 a barrel. Would money run back to transports....the DOW. I think that would be bad for tech?... yes??? Especially if the rest of the sector doesn't pull a rabbit out of their hat this earnings season. right?
