How upcoming is 'upcoming'? This type of error should be corrected IMMEDIATELY, not in some mythical upcoming version.

I find this completely unbelievable.

Maybe when LCOS trades over 100 million it will be fixed ;)

Jay - if I understand you well

"We will have this corrected in an upcoming project."

Are you suggesting that I will have to find alternate data sources for the studies ubtil the "upcoming project", but that I will be billed monthly anyway for a service that does not work?

Excuses, excuses. I know you are only the messenger, Jay, but I'm going to file a small claims suit for my fees at a minimum. Quote.com has been promising improvements in performance for months and NOTHING has resulted.

I encourage everyone to write Quote.com with a demand for repayment of fees and file a Small Claims action if they choose not to give a credit. Let them deal with that.

By the way, Jay, I have done everything possible to eliminate the problems: removed all but a few quotes, eliminated INTC, deleted TEMP, rebooted my system...

Every attempt to switch to east coast servers fails.. I reduce continuum to just Herndon.. no good.. I'm put back to Santa Clara or MtnView, both of which are useless today. Tried setting the automatic Continuum update to false, and just hung.

The rest of my internet connection is actually far better than normal today. ONLY QCharts sucks....

The volume spike issue is part of a Continuum bug. When volume goes over 100 million, corrupt volume data occurs. We will have this corrected in an upcoming project.

Which means sometime in 2003, right?

Any deadlines yet for your projects to pass on the reduced LII and AMEX fees to your subscribers? For the last 9 months you have charged us $3.25 instead of $1 per month in AMEX fees.

Dave

The last project was a total disaster. Why start new projects when there are still major problems in the BASIC service?
