I believe this problem can be eliminated by setting up your monitor for a resolution of at least 800 x 600.

START --> SETTINGS --> CONTROL PANEL --> DISPLAY --> SETTINGS

I have been using SI's real-time streaming quotes for about 10 days, and have had virtually no problems, no hangups, etc.
