I certainly do not know the quality of Cree's case, but I am pleased to see them back up their promises to protect their IP.

i always thought if nichia's patents were strong, they would have sued cree direct initially and not a distributer..
also doubt that sony would have selected cree as a supplier for their beloved playstation II. sony legal must have ok'd the deal.
