so maybe Naveen was a 'social scrub' but sharp 'technically.'

i just don't want to be 'dissing' one of the people who may have gotten me started at MSFT - not without knowing the entire story.

getting moved over to msn really did happen. again though i'm not sure if he was bad technically (i have reason in thinking about it some more to think that he was/is technically strong).

he certainly didn't get along with a lot of the other "pms."

i can remember arguments he had with dennis adler and andrew hill, to name a couple off of the top of my head.

in any event i'm just trying to say that jain's view of msft is probably about as unbiased as my own, which is probably (biased) a lot.
