With you at 105 on MANU, Richard. I don't know the company well (so I'll use a tight stop), but technically it looks cooked. The noncash compensation charges last quarter were pretty steep. I know their newly announced acquisition, Talus Solutions, quite well. Good company with a strong (but not impenetrable) market position, but IMO MANU overpaid by a factor of 2-3 (if not more). I don't see as much synergy with MANU's core business as they seem to suggest. Regards, Fund
