Nice... if you create a dispute, you lose your service until the dispute is resolved.... missed that fine little detail in the agreement...

Just makes me more fond of this firm....

As stated in the Subscription Agreement, any account that is listed for credit dispute will be placed on service suspension during the dispute resolution process.

Is that an attempt at intimidation or what?

Dear Ray Bamer:

Client Services is well aware of frustration that many of you feel, and it
is a very serious concern. Customer satisfaction has been, and remains, our
top priority. We will continue to provide as much information as possible,
support the products as best we can, and work hard to ensure that our
services are the best in the industry.

Did they just become your "top priority" as of today? Last week? In the Spring? In February 1999? Please tell us when.

Top priority has not translated into demonstrable progress in a year and a half.

In my mind, class action litigation makes more and more sense. And the whole sorry story, including promises and excuses by Quote.com and Lycos, are all here.

The cowardly Ray Bamer finally appears with -- no shock -- more B.S. statements and his usual patronizing attitude.

Now I'm occasionally getting L2, but still NO T&S. In addition, the hundreds of symbols I have in a quote sheet all show "unch" as the net change. Each and every one needs to be rekeyed to get a real quote out of it...

Nice...

Ray Bamer: Network changes - Network enhancements to improve the client experience and assist you in your trading are set for October 15th. These will start with...

I am having a little trouble with the "These will start with" part. Can you help me out here a little bit. What are the absolute must happen by dates for:

1) New IP Feed in place and completely operational for all users.
2) At least one new server farm in place and completely operational for all users.

As you know we (your customers) have been hearing about both of above for over a year. It would be very nice if after all this time you would dot the "I's" and cross the "T's" regarding when the above will be available for all your QCharts/QFeed customers.

Thanks in advance for your clarification.

Regards,
LG
