if you are talking of todays ML report then you must add that it is due to intels announcement of larger than expected financial gains. Looks like capital gains to the rescue....

The good news is there are a lot of analyst's that could potentially upgrade Intel, you couldn't say that a week ago. (you see, I have been reading your guide)
