Bernard - Congratulations. That was one amazing call you made about the CLECS tanking. I don't know if anyone has said this before. Anyway well done.

Now all we have to decide is what to make of BR statement this week. My guess is that he called it as he sees it and I for one think he's as amazed as the rest of us ( except your call of course) at the depth of the crash.

I think the Jan 02 calls are beginning ot look interesting.

WCII will have made it or not by that date and we'll all know about it!!!!

Best regards,

L

Hi Bernard: Is Sept. the month for institutional tax loss selling? Does it continue into Oct.? Nov? Dec? Is September the end of the tax year for Wcom?

Hello Bernard -

"... when the infrastructure is in place, service providers should make a lot of money..."

My fear about this scenario is that when all is in place and expansion has slowed, the time would then be ripe for price wars.

I'm not sure how legitimate this concern is - at present the buildout phase is making obscene profits for suppliers - server sales alone are booming. This could continue for a while, but clearly not indefinitely.
