Olu: INTC down 22% at 300 million shares. Down about 40% off its highs and a little better than flat since the beginning of the year. I find the "rally" atmosphere most intriguing -- but lacking in credibility. I can't help but believe that two weeks from now people will wish they had the cash in their accounts that they committed today to stocks in the middle of a downtrend.

PHCM broke resistance at 100 on large volume yesterday. this
is probably a low risk entry with a stop under 100.
