Julie, that's great. I should have thought of this approach earlier. I bet if a few hundred, different, email messages go in to each of those orgs, something will start to kick over. Ray Bamer et al at the management level - you are responsible for your own actions and lack thereof. I'm in the enterprise software business - a sizable customer faced with a vendor like you would have resorted to litigation after this period of time. No doubt. So what is needed is to band together small customers like us into one big virtual customer and the internet makes that easy. I do believe the process has started now. Regards, Michael
