The world is letting the price of oil rise to provide industry and income for Russia. What's different in the world’s industrial production when oil was at its low vs. the current price? Not much. This is an application of a cartel with the blessing and encouragement of the West. Notice that you haven't heard the words conservation? This is coming as sure as gunlocks. It serves the political agenda of Clinton/Gore where oil and oil application pollutes. It also give them the enemy of BIG OIL for the uninformed to hate, divide, and conquer. If Clinton really wants people to not freeze this winter, they can use some of the surplus to give tax credits for home heating energy use. However, hell will freeze over first before that happens.
