dwdkc....kinda sorta ta... since first quarter 99 dell has been in an ever decreasing downtrend....the upside momentum, even when testing earlier 99 highs late in 99 was substantially lower. short term due for a bounce perhaps to low 40 range....unless it can trade heavy volume at 41+, it will remain bound in a +/-10% 36 range. positive dell specific news can move it higher....but negative dell specific or overall market/global weakness can move it to the 28-32 range. it definitely does not show a higher high/low pattern...
