Elizabeth, I worked in PR a long time. This is SOB - Standard Operational BS.

Take apart the rhetoric and NORE still lacks any real substance - just more promises.

The NORE melodrama is now 3-4 years old with obvious results.

Hi Liz,

I read that part but it is mostly "feel-good" boilerplate stuff. I was looking for more definitive answers.

The main reason I asked is if it ends up as all equity and NORE is .10 .... we might be looking at 50+ million shares plus the current outstanding.

That would dilute us badly and project earnings would be severely watered down.
