I read the revival info at RB. I am with you on ADVR and staying the course.
It appears to me that this is and would be a terrific time to buy more ADVR. Especially if what you said about no news until the end of the year.
Anyway I am with you on this board.

ADVR seemed to be very upbeat last June, July and into August. Then all of a sudden nothing (at least that's the way I perceived it). I thought we were really on the way. I even went as far as to say that I thought we would see an IND app. around the time of the conference. I still think that I was correct, at that time. Seems to me something changed. I know that the lawsuit was filed on August 8th. Is that the real reason we are waiting to file the IND.

Is there something else?

Before I knew about the lawsuit, but felt there was a change in attitude, I figured that it was the manufacturing lab in Yonkers that was the hold up. That should put a filing date no later then Nov. 15th and thats giving them a month for FDA inspection. Any thoughts on that?

Now a post on RB (two weeks ago) suggests that yet another test needs to be performed. 2 weeks to start and 2 weeks for the test. What is that all about, Yonkers lab tests?
