Scott, now that is not being totally fair to the Shrub. After all, he did go to an Ivy League school, although I don't know if there was a monetary transaction or not...

According to a recent study, academics In Texas under Bush have increased significantly. Nearly 60% of sixth graders now read at, or above, the level of the governor. Under the previous administration of Ann Richards, few if any sixth graders achieved that level...

That fact is that these sleeze balls will do anything for a vote...even compromising the long term for a "get to the election" fix. Fact is that Clinton/Gore have done little if nothing to prevent this in the last few years, even in the face of numerous warning signs. Truth is you can't blame the true problem, the consumers, because they vote. So you divide and conquer. Blame the easiest target. The oil companies. So why are the gloves off OPEC...got to be fear or money.
