If I was advising Bush I would tell him to move on and quick. He is seen as big oil and as someone who doesn't have to worry about affording $2 heating oil.
I am thankful that oil has come down in price all due to this release. Its a big reason the stock market came back after the open.

There's a bottleneck in the refining caused by the reformulation of gas so the release won't help. Voters won't figure that out until inauguration day.

Iraq's starting to mobilize and may shut off their 2.5 million barrels a day to push prices. They may hit Kuwait again and with our armed forces down so bad....
