Hi Zeev - Thanks. I do remember you have used the phrase in your exchange with Tim. Just some personal musing, Duyba really got slapped around here. First, the power of incumbency. Second, to propose drilling up in Alaska doesn't really help him much, considering he has already had many of the fellow oilmen in his pocket. Finally, not sure he can rattle the opponent by accusing the latter dipping in the oil can in peacetime. The general public probably doesn't give a hoot so long as gasoline and heating oil stop going up! best, Bosco
