My perspective is that an IND without fast track status would be a terrible disaster for the company, and especially investors. The price may spike some with an IND only, but then when investors find out there's going to be a multi-year wait - during which other companies may encroach their space - I feel strongly the price will downturn drastically.

Thanks for contributing here, your input is usually quite enlightening.
