Eddie...good point. Since we are intervening in the markets, we would expect that marginal production that would have been brought on line immediately will be delayed for at least 6-9 months. According to reports, the "loaned oil" will be "replaced" in the summer. That's usually peak demand season for gasoline. Presumably, due to reduced production (resulting from the oil bomb now being dropped courtesy of the committee to elect algore/hillary) and the "debt" that will be paid, we will be facing an oil shortage next summer. Basically, the problem is just being papered over, and it will return with a vengence. Indeed, if Gore gets elected, we may have even more refineries taken off line and not replaced (due to the onerous EPA regulations sure to result). This "crisis" is just beginning.
