Greg:

Those were older numbers culled from prior AETH/COMS SEC filings.

The most recent 424B4 filed 9/21 before the OMNY IPO shows that presently COMS owns directly 14.613 million (22.4%) and AETH owns 16.717 million (25.7%) of OMNY. The number of shares held by COMS is the same but % is way down because of all the new shares issued, and I believe AETH increased its holding somewhere along the way. Total OMNY outstanding is now 65.113 million shares, 77% held by insiders.

So COMS direct holding of 14.613 million OMNY shares is worth around $285 million at today's close on OMNY. COMS indirect holding through AETH is worth $23 million, and COMS 7% AETH stake is worth around $320 million.

FWIW, with 418.7 million COMS outstanding, these two holdings are worth around $1.45/share.
