Albert, Intel's CEO Barret came up with this plan to make up the 3 cent a share earnings shortfall. He is asking each share holder to voluntarily send in 3 cents a share to make up the difference.

Albert,

I'm not the right person to ask. I don't have a specific view of AMD. AMD has for the most part been a prove it to me stock. I remember visiting them many years ago, when their executive offices were filled with Macintoshes, and they promised all these great things and didn't deliver. David Wu wasn't too thrilled with their execution back then although he often gave them the benefit of the doubt. AMD had a nice run earlier in the year and I think it should do well if the PC sector does well.
