Tim,

I couldn't understand mattie's comment about the sentiment being too bullish till I saw a fund manager on TV today. He is expecting a 40 percent rally from the lows in September/October. Talk about optimistic.

On the other hand his stocks appraisal sounded reasonable. He does not like NT and C-MAC (60 percent of sale in optical assemblies to NT), RIMM, or Infowave. NT he thought was overvalued. Would buy on weakness under $100 CND. Pointed out $20 could be the down side risk though. RIMM has low revenues, failed to capitalize of lead position. Competition from ERICY and NOK. Doesn't think they can compete long term. Lost leadership advantage.

Likes LU. Trades at 1/4 of NT valuation. Also like QLT.

EPC indicates a good deal of pessimism short term. This is a good condition for a rally. We need to test 3612 again before we get a sustained rally though.
