Without a doubt, ADVR will release news of the IND application filing within a day or two of it taking place. I have tracked several other companies and owned more then a few of them. And without exception they have all let the investors know when the IND was filed. Are there ANY companys that you know of that have not. I don't know of a single one.

Fast tracking: From what I have read on the subject, which is quite a lot but I am no expert, it is just as likely, if not moreso, that a drug will be fast tracked after it has proved safety and efficacy in phase I trials.
