Gini: To my knowledge, a revised S-1/A hasn't been filed yet, hence the IPO is at least 4 weeks away. If past expereince is a guide, there'll be a press release before the filing is on Edgar. I've done some additional work on Spinco and QCOM valuations, but nothing I'm ready to post yet. Likely they'll file a new S-1/A before I get done! So I have nothing further to share than I already posted earlier. But I'm confident enough in that to have loaded up on QCOM in the low $60's, FWIW. David T.

Golly Gini, seems like you checked the right place. If there ain't an S-1/A on Edgar yet then it ain't been filed yet. And it's not exactly like QCOM was some wee little obscure company nobody ever heard of. There will probably be about 25 news wire stories out within about 25 minutes of any filing, don't you think?
