To me this situation reminds me of the MediCare situation of a couple of years ago. The Republicans were proposing large increases in spending, just not as large as the Democrats wanted, so in liberalspeak that meant a drastic cut. The news media bought it hook line and sinker and fed the story to the Americal people. Now we have Intel forecasting growth, just not as much growth as hoped for so that means Intel is falling short and that's the song the news media sings....
