Lawrence sacrificed a lot for creation of Arabian states - so the end of the movie was rather touching...they stabbed him in the back... Although there is a different side of the story too....Saudis contend that US dumped their inventory of out of date missiles, aircrafts and weaponry on them.....at exorbitant prices....(remember the cold was had just ended after disintegration of USSR)...and secured the first rights to all multimillion/billion dollar civil & military contracts for rebuilding of Kuwait and Saudi....so as per the Saudi's the debt has been repaid. I remember the public sentiment at the time in ME. Glad you enjoyed dinner...but you COULD have done better than pizza...considering JNPR !! :-)
