I was feeling pretty cocky
So far, my best positions have been obtained by low-ball bids on stocks I like. Sometimes you get them. The Intel thing is overblown, IMHO, but since there are so many shares traded and so much ego involved, I do think it will take at least 6 months and maybe 18 months to recover. Still, this is very likely the low, if not I think I will laugh on my way to the bank in two years, I can wait.
