The call at the end of May:

Message 13790992

The $20 target was subsequently revised to $15 a few
weeks ago. It is conceivable WCII will go lower, but
the end game is hard to predict. The people who
control the purse strings are looking for a consolidation
of the CLEC market where assets move from weak management
teams (like GST) into stronger management teams
(like TWTC which purchased GST's assets for about
50 cents on the dollar). Same story with ICIX -> WCOM,
where ICIX shareholders were better treated because
of their DIGX holdings. When it will look like we
have converged to the final number of ``winners''
(4 or 5 companies) CLECs will rally. What I am expecting
to see is one day a CLEC will go belly up (say, TGNT)
and all remaining CLECs will *rally* If you see that,
it will be time to buy CLECs heavily.

Regards,

Bernard Levy
