Not that I agree with Metallica but it's about copywright laws. That is at the heart of the issue... yes? Seems to me if you write a book and someone publishes it on the web so anyone can read it for free... how will you get paid for your work? If you coypwrite or trademark something - is that now worthless? Then, I guess we're no better than the Chinese who are selling bootleg Microsoft and other software.... not too mention music CD's.

Or, am I missing the point?
