Thanks for the info re MANU, I'll look it over. I was tempted to go long as a momentum play. Just didn't seem justified on 3 lousy cents in their earnings. I am also a bit concerned about receivables. While they were in decline for four straight quarters, they sprang up significantly in the first quarter. This quarter they again rose substantially.

"On 15% sequential growth in revenue, receivables rose 36% as DSO hit 89 days. The substantial drop in receivables in Q1 2000 was wholly responsible for the company becoming operating cash flow positive. Last quarter, the $8.4 million net increase in receivables led to negative operating cash flow."

Longer term, I suggest keeping an eye on working capital management and cash flow. Yes on a valuation basis, I would expect a pull back, and keep an eye on ITWO their nemesis for guidance...
