Now The best sectors are the financials, health care, and utilities. I mean the traditional utilities, not Fidelity's FSUTX.

I'll wait a couple weeks to buy stocks with large European sales. If Euro is the problem, I like to see the central banks keep Euro up.

INTC is 28.5% below its 50-day moving average, good price. But the brokers are now down grading INTC. Their sales reps, account executives are calling clients to sell INTC, that could lead to more selling pressure on INTC for about three weeks. Mid-October may be a better time to buy chip stocks.
