I think one must distinguish between the the institutional concept of religion (i.e., habits, rules, or procedures of a church or other institution) and the concept of the Almighty God. It seems that one can be "religious" or belong to a "religion" without developing a personal relationship with God. Likewise, just because there is One True God, it doesn't follow that there is a single religious institution that is "true." Best wishes, I2
