I agree I simplified it. Just wanted to drive home the point that the refineries can be a potential bottleneck in the system at any time. Right now they ARE a bottleneck, which disconnects crude levels from product levels. We can have a trillion barrels of crude in storage and it won't help the heating oil/gasoline storage in any way until either demand goes down, product imports go up, or more refinery capacity comes online.
