Brian,

Great articles - there are many of them out there these days, but the market seems to be in a funk that it can't shake. If there are 10 articles like the ones you posted and 1 article that sees the "semi cycle over", the market goes into a big selloff based on the bad news. In other words, the market seems to be in a mode where it only recognizes bad news - maybe yesterday was the "turn around" day so it will recognize some good news.

This should assuage some concerns of equipment stock holders...
Absolutely. conclusion to draw is that growth at Intel (or even, possibly, in PC shipments...) is no longer fundamental to growth in the sector. Good thing imo.
