Maybe you are being too modest,
ha ha.

No, kidding aside--I once played the game of
loading up on only a couple positions, pretty
sure at one time I only owned Ariad. Crazy!
No, even this one should probably not be overweighted
too much.

Cadus only takes up about ten percent of my
basket--and that is about as much I think as
anybody should put into one idea.

OT

Of course I'm way overweight cash too. If you look as
Cadus as cash, gosh, I've become very conservative.

Fiddling with trading though still, not posting
the trades however. Friday was pretty nice--and
I didn't even do any buying til the markets were
already an hour or two recovering. Gorilla genomics
were sure hot Friday...but I guess that is the
FOOL influence. Did not play those however.

Have a great weekend folks.

Thanks. Wonder what the worst case scenario is? Could the entire panel of the 9th District agree to hear the case en banc and then vote to overturn the decision? If for some reason the decision is overturned, then what happens and what is KDUS worth? Put another way, what would KDUS have been worth if the appeals court had affirmed the verdict?
