OK... let's assume my perspective is warped somehow. What will be next? A site where we can trade software for our PCs? A site where we can trade videos? A site where you can download books for free? It is highly likely that I don't know what I'm talking about since I don't know to which case you're referring to when you mentioned the Sony/Universal case, but if Napster wins then pandora's box is opened wide! Perhaps another way to look at this is if indeed Napster is within the law when is it illegal to copy and to distribute copywritten material? That's an honest question....
