I thought so, ...good trade!

I like IMCL for many different trading styles, including long but if you follow the daily moves, it is relatively easy to get down its pattern of trade (for scalp trades). Also, the volatility is there for the daily trades (news is always a wildcard though).

The FAMH thread was a soap opera I kept tuning into long after I sold out (multiple sales in between .50 and 1.00, I didn't like when FAMH didn't turn out earnings like they promised and decided to try the buyout of that other company, ggg, give me a break). LE helped bring me to my senses and so did TokyoJoe (I know how unpopular he is but it is true).

Hmmm... Looks like Jonathan has something else to worry about now... From my perspective, regardless of the fact that he's a juvenile, I certainly hope they do press criminal charges against him, assuming of course, that laws were actually broken. If he were to receive probation as opposed to juvenile detention, I wouldn't be upset with the lesser form of punishment. But I do think it's very, very wrong to allow him to keep the profits from his other trades simply because the SEC made a decision not to pursue the case with 100% intensity. And I think from reading the quotes from his father, that I know where Jonathan gets his sense of right and wrong... Pathetic... Simply pathetic...

Looks like Jonathan is back in the news again. This time it's the WSJ...

I wish we could have had the opportunity to see the entire case against him back when the story first broke. This dribs and drabs stuff doesn't cut it for me.

His attorney had better hope that I don't get to sit on any jury that may hear any alleged criminal charges against him. I'd have no problem whatsoever with a conviction. Fortunately for him, I no longer live in NJ, so it's highly unlikely I'd ever sit on a NJ jury. But that doesn't mean that I wouldn't welcome the opportunity. <g>

I have heard through the grapevine that there is no remorse here, no contriteness, no shame... Nowhere... Rumors (which I can neither prove nor disprove, so take it as just that, unfounded rumors), are that if anything, the whole incident is being treated as a big joke, hahaha, and some degree of braggadocio may be present, Big Man on Campus type of stuff... No lesson learned, except maybe how to "cheat" on the system and get away with it, with the help of a good attorney...

Now I hope the authorities really go after this kid tooth-and-nail... I hope they nail him but good... Send a message sort of thing... To allow him to keep his profits is just plain wrong in my book. If I had done something like this when I was a kid, my father would have given *all* of my money away, including funds that weren't a part of all of this. But, so far, his family hasn't seen fit to do that, at least not in some public way. This is pitiful. Simply pitiful...

Another story on Jonathan, this time in the USA Today. And they reveal that 60 Minutes will be doing a story as well...
