Ya, okay shut Napster down, but what if someone shares his hard drive (gives access) with another person half way around the world? How are you going to enforce that?

Get rid of Napster and you will still have millions of other computers users who are STILL distributing MP3's

People have been sharing music with each others since the cassette tape was introduced.

What the artists and record companies have to do is figure out how to profit from it.
