Let's take WAVC. They applied at the same time. Why should I discount WAVX anyway? they had 0 revenue, 0 contracts and they were listed in the busiest time of IPOs that came to market. There is no excuse there. It was also an old company that had been delisted. It's a great example. the bottom line is wavx met the criteria stated in the nasdaq outline. they had the market cap, the shareholder base and the 5$ minimum. Oh yeah,No wavx insider dumped hundreds of thousands of shares during the course of the listing. In fact today, peter sprague gets cremated everytime he sells stock. He just sold 100,000 shares. BUt he has also been responsible for inventing the whole thing, bringing in 150 million dollars in PP in a 1 1/2 year timeframe and having georeg Gilder and Nicholas Negroponte etal on his side. I can just imagine what would have happened if he sold 100,000 shares during the listing process. Did this stop thedig officers from dumping what 6-7 times as much? NOPE. they 'added' to their positions @ .1
