We're using Napster as a proxy for any entity that facilitates the illegal copying of copyrighted works without compensation to the artists and their agents. Yes, we think that the method of distribution will change, but the current form is not legal or moral.

Until then, it will remain unethical IMO to use Napster, gnutella, scour et al. I guess that we will leave the legal aspect to the lawyers, you know where I fall on that issue.
