The only thing this move was intended to smooth was to the path to Ice Tea Al's inauguration. There is alot of oil on the way in the oil tankers, this move will smooth things over till then.

Lets see... 30 million divided by 14 million is 2 plus .1428571. That takes us to what 2am the third day? Boy, that's a lot. PS. A lot is two words.
