I am not promoting it or siding with them. All I am saying is that it's a waste of time battling them in court.

There are so many ways to get music, files, etc, you can NOT regulate it.

Artists have to put their heads together and figure out a way to profit from it. Any other time spent on shutting down services is just a waste of time and only making the lawyers rich.
