At one time I was responsible for support of a software product used worldwide. The Brits always seemed to be the ones to find (and complain about) the more esoteric bugs. When the Americans found bugs, even major ones, they'd often just work around them, and wouldn't always even file a report -- we'd only find out if we asked.
