Mr; INTC may have entered its declining phase some time ago in terms of its own business prospects -- and you make that point very clear. The "new" information provided by INTC may be to awaken a new sense of concern for the growth potential of the global economy. Nobody was too concerned about that until about labor day. Now it is becoming a serious concern -- the question being, is it a justifiable concern?
