RESEARCH ALERT-Lehman starts JDS Uniphase NEW YORK, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Lehman Brothers analyst Arnab Chanda on Tuesday started coverage of Canadian fiber-optic equipment company JDS Uniphase Corp. <JDSU.O> <JDU.TO> with a rating of outperform. -- in a report, set 12-month price target of $130. -- "JDS has emerged as the dominant merchant vendor in this market.
