Glenn, I also told you that Roger McNamee owns more Amazon than anything else now. Roger
knows more about technology companies and portfolio management than anyone on the West
Coast.

William,

We could debate McNamee's knowledge about technolgy companies and portfolio management just by looking at some of his comments regarding ETYS and others. Let's not do that since that is a matter of interpretation and his abilities could change from time to time.

Amazon is not a technology company. Amazon is a retailer. You used words in a post to me one time and I should have listened more closely because you were correct. The quote was the this is the stock market nothing more and nothing less. Amazon is a retailer nothing more and nothing less. It is that simple. Amazon does not sell technology. Amazon does not profit from selling technology. Amazon sells merchandise to the consumer with hopefully an intention to do so at a profit. Possibly Roger McNamee missed that part I do not know. I do know Amazon has failed miserably as a retailer thus far and that is all they are.
