Please advise. freeedgar.com. freeedgar.com; Milo, As far as I can tell, the filing of the 10K is to provide an annual update to the SEC on the status of FASL, the joint venture between AMD and Fujitsu that produces flash. They have one plant under operation, another one that is being equipped and still another under construction. AMD has a minority position in the joint venture.....49.9%. The funding of the two plants is to come from FASL's cash flow or from a lender or from AMD and Fujitsu.....always something to be concerned about should there be an economic down turn. ted
